List the authenticated user's pending, queued, and requested withdrawals, newest first.
Ready, failed, done, completed/successful, and all other statuses are excluded.
Status is checked on each page, so requests disappear from this list when they leave
those three statuses. Amounts are exact decimal strings; CC is the public asset name.
Completed history is available separately at GET /api/trading/withdrawals/history.
Poll any individual request via GET /api/trading/withdrawals/{requestId}.
