Retrieve the Token Standard V2 allocation factory for CC (Amulet): the factory
contract id, its choice context, and the contracts to disclose when exercising
AllocationFactory_Allocate on the V2 interface. Use it for a CC deposit into the
trading balance on the V2 flow (trading_flow_version 5.0.0 or higher on GET /status),
or to fund a CC leg of an RFQ trade (see
POST /api/rfq/requests/{requestId}/fund-from-balance). GET /api/amulet/disclosures
serves the older V1 flow and does not work with the V2 interface.

The party is chosen the same way as on GET /api/amulet/disclosures: when
partyId is omitted or empty, the authenticated user's linked trading wallet is
used. A supplied partyId must be the user's trading or RFQ wallet party, or the
request is rejected with 403 before the validator is called. A deposit is credited
only from the trading wallet's party.

The disclosures object is the validator's allocation-factory response, passed
through unchanged. Pass factoryId as the exercise's contractId,
choiceContext.choiceContextData as extraArgs.context, and
choiceContext.disclosedContracts as the command's disclosedContracts.
