Submit a quote

Quote on a request addressed to the caller. Like all RFQ writes, the quote is
queued and applied asynchronously by the RFQ engine.

Requires a completed identity verification, a verified email, and the request's board
(spot or fixed income) to be enabled on the caller's account. Quotes are accepted only while the
request's status is active or quoted; any later phase, including an elapsed
expiry, returns 409 request_closed. Quoting on your own request returns 400
self_quote_not_allowed, and a request the caller cannot see returns 404.

On spot, send price: the price per unit of the security, as a decimal string with at
most 10 decimal places. The API builds the quote's terms from the request's: the
cash amount is the request's quantity × price, rounded half up to the cent.
The stored terms carry the price twice: pricing.unitPrice per unit (decimal
string), and pricing.price per 100 units, kept for older readers.

Fixed income. Send exactly one of price, the clean price per 100 of face, or
yield, in percent (may be zero or negative). The API prices the treasury for
settlement today, on the New York calendar date, with accrued interest on the bond's
day count, and sets the cash amount to face × (clean price + accrued) / 100, rounded
once, half up, to the cent. The stored pricing carries price (the dirty price),
cleanPrice, accrued, and yield, each per 100 of face, and no unitPrice.

Deprecated: sending terms. A quote may still send a full terms object
instead of price, but this is deprecated and will be removed; send price.
Sending both is 400 invalid_input. Copy the request's asset,
schedule, instrument, and quantities.security unchanged, then set
quantities.cash to the cash amount and pricing.price to the price per 100
units. If the quote names terms.instrument.cash, its id and admin must equal
the request's, or the quote is 400 invalid_input. terms.instrument.fee is set
from the request's cash leg, and pricing.unitPrice is set to pricing.price / 100;
any value sent for either is overwritten. On fixed income, terms must carry
pricing.cleanPrice, and the quote is rebuilt from it as if price had been sent:
every other pricing value and the cash amount are recomputed, not taken.
