Queue acceptance of a quote on the caller's request. The RFQ engine validates and
applies it asynchronously. status is the phase the request is projected to
enter, which GET /api/rfq/requests/{requestId} confirms once applied. Requires a
completed identity verification and a verified email.

Fixed income. A quote on a treasury is re-priced for the moment it is accepted,
before the acceptance is queued: the quoted clean price is held, and accrued interest,
the dirty price, the yield, and the cash amount move to that day's New York date. A
quote accepted on the New York day it was made is unchanged; one accepted after New
York's midnight settles the extra day of accrued. The quote's pricing.pricedAt
records when its cash amount was fixed.
