Count the caller's visible requests in each view (raised, received), with
the same filters and visibility rules as GET /api/rfq/requests. Counts cover
the whole matching history (or from since), not one page.

active is the actionable subset, per view: requests still open (active,
quoted) plus trades waiting on a funding step (funding_required,
pending_dealer_funding, pending_taker_funding, pending_fee_funding, and the
repo close-funding phases). Settled, filled, expired and cancelled requests, and
pending_close / pending_close_settlement, are not counted. A request you are
not a trade party to reads as filled once accepted, so other people's trades
never count.
