Returns one aggregated response for the half-open interval
[start_time, end_time). Only settled trades in USDA and USDCx
quote markets are included. Legacy USDA instrument-id, USDA symbol,
USDC, and USDCx quote representations are normalized.
The window must be UTC, must have positive duration, and cannot
exceed 24 hours. No authentication is required; the general public
API rate limit applies.
